MapleLock is the consulting practice of Scott Walker. This notice explains how information submitted through this website is used.

Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, the website uses your name, email address, optional company name, chosen service, and message to deliver your request to Scott Walker. These details are used to respond and discuss the work you have requested. Enquiries are not automatically added to a marketing list.

Website operation

The enquiry form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions. Short-lived records derived from your IP address help limit spam; these are not used for advertising. The hosting server may keep access and error logs for operation and security. This site does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics.

Email and retention

Enquiries are delivered through the configured email provider and held in Scott’s correspondence. They are kept as needed to respond, manage an engagement, or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The form does not keep a separate database of enquiry content. Please do not submit passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information through it.
